Metallurgical Technician

Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Analyzed the metallurgical, electrical, and physical properties and chemistry of Copper and Aluminum alloys.

Lead investigations into continual quality and productivity improvements in Melting, Casting, and Rolling root cause analysis of product defects

Conduct parts performance analyses

Determining materials used in the foundry, applicable specifications and requirements

Identification and development of novel alloys and processing techniques to improve performance, cost and quality

Ensuring aspects of the HPDC process, particularly incoming ingot quality, melt handling and quality, and heat treatment parameters are able to produce products that meet engineering requirements

Collaboration with Quality Engineering on control plan definition, materials production test protocols, initial process validation and re-validation

**Salary**: ₹10,574.91 - ₹26,670.03 per month
