Receiptionist Patient Coordinator Tpa Helpdesk

1. Being the first contact point between the patients and hospital.
2. Reminding/ Informing patients a day before their schedule appointment.
3. Following up with the patients about their health after treatment.
4. Listening up to the patient problems after the treatment and communicating the same to the doctor in charge.
5. Connecting patients with doctor for medical consultation and medication.
6. Keeping track of all the patients call addressed by the doctor in charge.
7. Filling and submission of Claim forms for patients with Insurance companies and TPAs.
8. Keeping track of all the claims filed.
9. Provide assistance and direct the patients and their attendants to the appropriate person or department.
10. Answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently, routing them to the appropriate staff members or taking messages as necessary.
11. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
12. Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs as required.
**Qualification/ Skills/ Experience**:
1. Poses great communication skill.
2. Any, Graduates will be preferred.
3. Good hand on Word, and excel.
4. Command over Hindi and English language both speaking and writing.
5. Preferred 2 years’ experience.
**Pay Scale**:Rs.22,000/- p.m. to Rs.25,000/- p.m.
**Work Hours**:
1. Monday to Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2. Should available to attend urgent patients call during non-working hours.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
