Run S&C or specialty classes ranging from 2-25 people.
- Willing to coach a minimum of 11 classes a week.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique.
- Responsibility to handle end to end business of a centre.
- Centre activation for new centres. Maintaining and growing new business.
- Ensure classes are effective, safe and fun.
- Offer additional support to help athletes achieve their fitness goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current athletes and convert potential athletes.
- Engage on NAMMA social media platforms and help participate in social media presence.
- Promote all internal programs and events.
- Promote all internal special offers.
- Always promote the NAMMA community and family atmosphere.
- Help maintain a spotless facility.
- Attempt to make all monthly coaches meetings and NAMMA social events.
- Adhere to all NAMMA policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
