Position Summary
- As an Associate UX/UI Designer, you will play an important role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for Mithi's product websites and marketing materials. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing original ideas that enhance usability and address complex design challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As part of the content team, your role will include the following in either a lead or a collaborative role:_
- Work on the UI design of Mithi product websites and create engaging marketing materials, including presentations, videos, logos, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and visually appealing customer experiences.
- Conceptualize and design original ideas that address complex design issues and provide ease of use to users.
- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and present them for review and feedback.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product, adhering to technical constraints and requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually engaging promotional materials and campaigns that align with the brand identity.
- Assist in creating design documentation and assets for development handoff and support during the implementation phase.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback on design prototypes, making data-driven refinements to optimize user experience.
- Maintain a strong focus on accessibility, ensuring that designs meet web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive user experience for all users.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute ideas and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring that the designs align with user preferences and needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve design techniques and stay ahead of emerging design trends.
- Upholding professionalism and ethical conduct in all customer and partner interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Portfolio of Relevant Design Work: A strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects, demonstrating a range of design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Adobe Photoshop: Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual elements and graphics.
- Figma: Skill in using Figma for collaborative interface design and prototyping.
- Sketch: Experience in using Sketch for designing user interfaces and creating interactive prototypes.
- Information Architecture: Ability to organize and structure content in a user-friendly and intuitive manner, ensuring easy navigation and findability.
- Responsive Design: Proficiency in designing user interfaces that adapt and function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
- Typography: Knowledge of typography principles and the ability to select appropriate fonts and typography styles that enhance the overall design aesthetics and readability.
- User Empathy: Demonstrating empathy towards users to understand their perspectives, needs, and pain points to design experiences that cater to their requirements effectively.
- Understanding of Web Technologies: Basic understanding of front-end web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure design feasibility and collaboration with the development team.
- Knowledge of the cloud computing industry and related technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
