**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience or as supervisor role.
- Managing workflow.
- Training new hires.
- Creating and managing team schedules.
- Reporting to HR and senior management.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in executive support roles.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
