Responsibilities:

- Responsible for setting up the support process for customer onboarding
- Manage all the Project customers platform incidents and issues
- Drive priority incidents by engaging business, development and infrastructure teams
- Participates and contributes to Sprint Ceremonies
- Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing, Support
- Collectively responsible for end-to-end product quality
- Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
- Provides technical support
- Analyzing and monitor performance bottlenecks and key metrics to optimize software and system performance
- Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
- Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
- Should work on bug resolution and Feature enhancements
- Should be able to interact and work with multi-site development teams
- Should be quick and pro-active in responding to queries
- Should work as a team player

**Requirements**:
? 4-8 Years of experience - ,kuberents,SQL ,Cloud ,ci/cd ,PostgreSQL)

? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
