We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven EdTech Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an EdTech Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling technology courses offered on our popular EdTech platform in India. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential students, understand their educational needs, and convert them into paying customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for educational technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms, Google Ads, and YouTube to generate leads and identify potential students interested in technology courses.

Consultative Selling: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential students to understand their educational goals, aspirations, and pain points. Provide personalized recommendations and course solutions that align with their needs.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential students, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Address any questions, concerns, or objections they may have and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert potential students into paying customers. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our technology courses to drive sales closure.

Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in educational technology, and our course offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to potential students.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, provide feedback on lead quality, and contribute to overall revenue growth initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in marketing or business administration)
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the education or technology industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to understand and articulate the value of educational technology products
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Ads, and YouTube for lead generation
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
