**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Good Understanding of Electrical Drawings, Planning of Projects (BOQ’s), CPS (Complete Scope), installation, commissioning and operation of new equipment related Electrical.
Project management activities like Site Engineering, Execution, testing & Commissioning, Contractor management, Prepare daily work planning and daily activities reports.
Arrange daily meeting with contractor regarding the progress and issues and resolve the issues.
Understanding & Ensuring compliance with safety health environment (SHE), GMP, Quality, Engineering standards/Best practices.
Prepare detail specifications, BOQs, BOM related Electrical and Instrumentation.
Prepare Standard operating procedure Work method statement (WMS), Scope of work Job safety analysis
To Prepare Execution Plan, Onboard with clear scope and Kick off meeting with contractors, monitor and control the same to ensure the smooth operation.
To plan site mobilization, setup all required to start site activities.
Analyzing the drawing and executing the installation according to it.
Planning and ensure availability of critical spares for smooth operation of the plant and follow-up with vendors for delivery of material on time.
Spare parts management with inventory control & monitoring for all spares requirement. Proper upkeep of spares with ready to use concept.
Why-Why Analysis Root cause analysis for breakdown and implement the action plan to reduce the repetitive failure.
Implementing improvement in plant productivity, Energy saving, Equipment reliability by implementation 5S activities and Quality circle.
Implements PTW/LOTO system and safety policies and directives within the department and plays an active role in the over-all plant safety awareness and programs to achieve zero accident.
Responsible for technical & Safety training to Electrician/Contract manpower, pertaining to electrical safety, EHS & ISO policy and procedures, PTW systems, Toolbox talk, Risk assessment, Maintenance policy and ensure safe work practices and environment in plant.
Yellow lining, I/O test, IQ/OQ of Power and Control Panel.
**Key skills & Responsibility Requirements**:
Knowledge about electrical Operation, Control Wiring, interlocks and safety.
Installation, testing & Commissioning of HT/LT Panel.
LT Panels (ACB & PCC) & HT Panels VCB & OCB (11KV, 33KV, 66KV Double bus Bar).
Installation & Commissioning of 11kv to 132kv s/s.
Installation, testing & commissioning of Transformers from 2MVA to 20MVA with & without OLTC.
Detailed knowledge of Cable Schedule, DB Schedule, Conduits & Wiring, Switch Socket, Light Fixtures, GI and Copper Earthing and Power work.
Detailed knowledge of erection of cable tray, MDB/PDB Panels, LT Panels, Transformers, VCBs, DG sets.
Installation & Commissioning of AC & DC drives.
CCTV (Hikvision, Dahua make) installation and commissioning.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
