Department - Operations

Reporting to - SEO Manager
Direct Subordinates - NA
External Relationships - CS team, Content team, Design Team, BD Team, Social Media team

Creating off-page strategy
ORM activities

Paid link building
Generating Quality Backlinks
Report Creation

**Principal Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Create quality backlinks to client pages and websites.

Strengthen site credibility, authority, and trustworthiness & improve brand reputation.

Audit, maintain, and update existing databases and report tracking sheets.

Negotiate with link-building targets who request payment.
Keyword research with appropriate tools & keyword mapping

Conduct prospecting and outreach activities.
Google My Business creation & optimization
Push for reviews from employees & customers of the client on appropriate review websites

Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams in processing customer orders for link building.
Build links by doing off-page submissions, approach guest bloggers for guest posting on their sites, and disavow bad links.
Inter-Team Coordination
Trends Spotting & knowledge updation

**Person Specifications**:
Age - 20 to 30 years
Qualifications - Bachelors (any field but IT and Comp. Sci preferred)
Experience - 2 to 3 years
Skills - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
