**Job Title: Telecaller and Tally Operator**

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Telecaller and Tally Operator to join our dynamic team.

**Position**: Telecaller and Tally Operator

**Location:* Nashik

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Telecalling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote company products or services.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

2. **Tally Operations**:

- Utilize Tally software for managing accounts, inventory, and other financial transactions.
- Record day-to-day transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents using Tally software.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Generate reports as required by management for decision-making purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
