**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
1. **Evaluation and Diagnosis**:

- Communicate with patients to evaluate their emotional and psychological levels.
- Assess the social, intellectual, emotional and physical needs and learning levels of children enrolled in the program. Monitor progress of each child.
- Determine the extent of the problems by having a patient complete basic tasks or by giving standardised tests and Identify treatment options
- Create and carry out an individualised treatment plan

**2. Interventions and Treatments you will have to**:

- You will have to focus on helping patients to develop ways to use their own strengths to cope with issues
- Work with patients to improve their ability to understand self and world around them
- Work with patients to develop and strengthen their emotional and psychological core
- Use positive behaviour reinforcement and developmentally-appropriate guidance techniques to encourage appropriate behaviour, inform the supervisor if assistance is needed with behaviour management, and provide documentation of inappropriate behaviour.
- Counsel patients, parents and families on how to cope with neurological/psychological disorders.

**3. Planning**:

- Designing the child’s behavioural and emotional wellbeing program so that it is consistent with the total educational philosophy of _**CogniDARN Therapeutics International Pvt Ltd**_.
- Continuing your own professional growth through educational meetings, visiting related facilities, reading professional literature, and exchanging ideas among the staff.
- Working in coordination with other staff members in planning and developing the program for each child
- Attend work on a regular, reliable and punctual basis; subs for co-workers when available; is responsible for securing substitutes for shifts unable to work.

**4. Programming**:

- Preparing educational plans for each child based on individually assessed needs in accordance with _**CogniDARN**_ procedures.
- Conducting psychological wellbeing screenings at least once a year.
- Preparing psychotherapy plans for each child.
- Providing appropriate schedules for children involving their school personnel if required.
- Conducting emotional well-being screening for all kindergarten age children and all children not previously in _**CogniDARN**_.
- Providing diagnostic/evaluation testing for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

**5. Public Relations**:

- Cooperating with other personnel in coordinating _**CogniDARN **_services within that center.
- Developing and conducting a program to inform parents of the goals and objectives of the program and ways of achieving them in the home and if needed the school setting.
- If needed, conferring with the child’s classroom teacher as requested concerning any educational needs of the child.
- Making available to teachers and parents’ instructional ideas that are appropriate for the child within the classroom and home situation respectively.
- Coordinating and providing news releases through the immediate supervisor for local news media if and when needed.

**6. Reporting**:

- Ensuring that each child in the program has necessary psychological evaluation records in his/her permanent folder.
- Complete and maintain children’s files, reports, records, and other documents, and collect forms and information from parents/guardians as required by the program; maintain confidentiality of child and parent information.
- Furnishing the Centre Head/Principal Consultant with current children schedules.
- Completing progress reports on each child in the _**COGNIDARN **_program.
- Supplying progress reports to parents as necessary and requested.
- Completing appropriate reports for local, state, and educational agencies.
- Referring those children who require further evaluation or follow-up services to the appropriate personnel or agencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
