**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads through research, databases, and other sources to build a strong prospect list.

**Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and address any inquiries they may have.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and tailor solutions to the needs of each prospect.

**Pitching and Closing**: Present products or services persuasively, highlighting their value propositions and overcoming objections to secure sales.

**Relationship Building**: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects to create a foundation of trust, making them more receptive to the sales pitch.

**Maintaining Records**: Accurately and comprehensively document all interactions, leads, and sales-related information in the CRM system.

**Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently converting leads into sales.

**Feedback and Improvement**: Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding the effectiveness of sales strategies, objections encountered, and suggestions for improving the sales process.

**Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches and strategies.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with marketing and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach in promoting products or services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a related sales role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear and confident phone presence.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and close deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability to different customer personalities and needs.
- Time management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
- Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Understanding of the products or services being offered and their market positioning.
