Nurse Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Training**: Provide leadership and direction to a team of caregivers. Conduct regular supervision visits to ensure compliance with care plans, adherence to protocols, and quality of care delivery. Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Client Assessment and Care Planning**: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health and care needs. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- **Clinical Oversight**: Ensure that all care provided meets professional standards and regulatory requirements. Review clinical documentation, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Provide guidance and support to caregivers in managing complex medical conditions and emergencies.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Maintain open communication with clients, families, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers as needed. Act as a liaison between clients and the home care agency.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve the quality of care and client outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards of practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of ICU experience in a reputed hospital.
- Knowledge of home care practices and regulations.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Ability to work independently in an office or remote environment.
- Ability to travel to the corporate office for training, meetings, or other occasions.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and client needs.
