**Assistant Professor** - **Information Technology**

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Assist in developing and updating course curricula to reflect the latest trends and advancements in the respective fields.

**Research**: Conduct research in relevant areas of expertise, publish research papers in reputable journals, and present research findings at conferences.

**Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their academic and career development.

**Assessment and Grading**: Evaluate student performance, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.

**Academic Administration**: Participate in academic committees and departmental activities, contributing to the overall development of the department and institution.

**Industry Engagement**: Foster collaborations with relevant industries and organizations to enhance practical learning opportunities for students.

**Professional Development**: Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in Information Technology, Business and Management, or Animation and Creative Media fields to ensure teaching and research excellence.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in the relevant field (Information Technology, Business and Management, or Animation and Creative Media).

**Teaching Experience**: Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level will be an advantage.

**Research Track Record**: Demonstrated research capabilities with publications in reputed journals and participation in relevant conferences.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.

**Passion for Education**: A genuine interest in imparting knowledge and helping students reach their full potential.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
