**Job Type**: Permanent

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 10 years of Technical Experiences in Software Development
- Good understanding on SOA, Micro Services, Design Patterns etc.
- Expertise in any 2-3 programming languages out of Java, NodeJS, Python, C# etc.
- Hands on any front-end technologies like Angular, React, Flutter, Ionic etc.
- Experience working on both RDBMS and NoSQL along with Reporting tools
- Knowledge on DevOps, Containers, VMs, Cloud

**Responsibilities**:

- Build Technology team to deliver Products in web and mobile space.
- Develop, creating coding standards and code review.
- Requirement Gathering, solutioning, estimation, Risk analysis and delivery planning.
- Work with various stakeholders to determine opportunity areas for process improvements, standardization and rapid delivery in areas of Mobility and User experience.
- Process setup, process training, service tool automation, deployment and infrastructure management.
- Skill Management - resource training and recruitment.
- Drive Solution, Estimation, Delivery of Multiple Mobile/ Web projects in Agile framework.
- Engage with the Business team to understand and build processes for rapid prototyping/POC.
- Drive Solution for Mobile projects. Build and Manage in-house Mobile Factory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
