国内某大型制造公司,计划在海外建立工厂,我们希望找一名有过海外3-5年的人力工作的经验,,需要直接向人力总监汇报,愿意外派至哈里亚纳邦的索纳工业园区中工作的中国人,优先考虑有过人力资源共享服务中心和薪酬福利相关的经验。
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide human resources support for organizational development, and provide and implement effective solutions to business departments in terms of recruitment, salary, taxation, etc.;
- Responsible for salary establishment system, salary solution design, salary accounting management & international tax declaration;
- Develop and communicate human resources-related policies and internal notices;
- Responsible for the human resources gradient construction, training system construction, human resources planning and operation of the company team.
- 为组织发展提供人力资源支持,在招聘、薪酬、税务等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施。
- 负责薪酬搭建体系、薪酬解决方案设计、薪酬核算管理&国际税务申报。
- 制定并传达人力资源相关的政策与内部通知。
- 负责公司团队的人力梯度搭建、培训体系建设、人力资源规划与运营。
- **Requirements**:_
- 3-5 years of global HR related experience;
- Fluent English in both written and oral;
- Good communication skills and problem analysis ability with logical thinking;
- Be familiar with basic office software, have data analysis capabilities, learning ability, and stress resistance;
- Those with Compensation & Benefit and SSC background will be given priority;
- Background in manufacturing (1-2Year).
- 3-5年海外人力资源相关经验。
- 流利的语言表达能力,能够使用中文和英文办公。
- 良好的沟通能力,具有逻辑思维的问题分析能力。
- 熟悉基本办公软件,具备数据分析能力,学习能力、抗压能力。
- 优先考虑人力资源共享服务中心和薪酬福利相关的经验。
- 1-2年的制造业相关背景。
