**Position**: Associate Strategy & Operations

**Work Schedule**:Full-time, in-office 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 9 AM to 7 PM (_Note: Flexibility based on business needs)_

Are you ready to unleash your skills in the world of e-commerce? As an Associate in Strategy & Operations at Village Company, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. From managing our online sales channels to enhancing the overall customer experience, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Champion the new user onboarding process from converting a lead into ensuring a profitable repeatable business from a paying customer.
- Address customer requests promptly, including support requests, order changes, product queries, etc. ensuring responsiveness within ten minutes to align with Company's standards.
- Collaborate with the category managers and new product team to ensure alignment between customer needs and the new product roadmap.
- Innovate by suggesting enhancements to improve the customer experience
- Be the point of escalation for customers to ensure customer delight
- Build customer advocacy by providing customers with a platform for showcasing their success — i.e. giveaway winners, highest average order value, highest number of savings, highest number of referrals, and more
- Drive customer relationships that build advocacy in the form of indirect revenue growth — i.e., new customer references, product reviews, testimonial videos on social media, etc.
- Proactively volunteer to lead and support any other higher-priority functions in building a 0-1 startup.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- **More than 2 years of experience** in B2C or D2C customer success, relationship management, account management, sales, business development in 0-1 or seed stage startups.
- Proven track record of successfully upselling, cross-selling and retaining existing customers, growing both the monthly active customer database through referrals and the monthly average order value.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Must own a laptop to be able to work from our office at Greater Noida.
- Freshers, recent graduates or mothers wanting to return to work with a demonstrated history of hunger, drive and ambition are also welcome.

**Perks & Benefits**:

- CTC of Rs. 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per annum including base Pay of Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum to 3 lakhs per annum + Rs. 1 lakhs to 1.5 lakhs per annum annual performance bonus + 50% annual performance hike
