A leading Healthcare company in Bangalore is looking for Sales Executive/Sr Sales Executive having 2 years-8 years of experience in sales ( field exp also required.
**Role Summary**: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling health insurance plans. This is a full-time position on the company payroll with a structured training program designed for long-term success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Engage in lead generation activities to build a customer base.
- **Sales Execution**: Promote and sell health insurance plans to individual and SMB customers.
- **Territory Management**: Each Executive will be assigned a territory upon completion of training.
- **Sales Targets**: Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets.
