**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Import Documentation**:

- Manage import documentation including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, customs clearance, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely shipment and clearance of goods.
- Verify accuracy of shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Customs Compliance**:

- Stay updated with import regulations and ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance and import duties.
- Handle communication with customs authorities regarding import matters.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of imported goods in inventory management systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock availability.
- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process invoices related to imports and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and manage accounts payable aging.
- **General Accounting**:

- Assist in general accounting tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Import Executive, Import Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of import procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Import-Export Management or related field.
- Experience in handling import duties, tariffs, and customs valuation.
- Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms) and supply chain management.
- Experience in inventory management software or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
