- ** Minimum 4 years in the drymix industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to convert leads into opportunities to develop new business.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- CRM experience.
