1. To have Footwear design background & related software skills like photoshop 2D & 3D (corel-draw, illustrator, blender, etc) Female with 1-3 yr experience having portfolio showcasing successful projects
2. Ability to conceptualize, create or modify designs, therefore, to convert PMT/market thoughts into design drawings
3. To perform design facelifts, rendering & prototypes to optimize fresh looks including aesthetics, colour combination, texture, conscious value additions, latest footwear accessories to resonate with the target audience.
**4**. Stay abreast of international fashion trends, domestic market demand, consumer preferences in footwear industry.
5. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders, effective communications
6.Malayalam + other languages an advatage.
