Job Description: Market Research Intern

**Position Title**: Market Research Intern
**Location**: Lower parel, Mumbai
**Reports To**: Market Research Manager

**Position Overview**:
The Market Research Intern will support the Market Research team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a career in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection**: Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data through various methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- **Data Analysis**: Support the analysis of market data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Utilize statistical tools and software to interpret data.
- **Report Preparation**: Contribute to the preparation of detailed reports and presentations that summarize research findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct research on competitors to understand their market position, strategies, and performance.
- **Market Trends**: Monitor and report on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general support to the Market Research team, including organizing research materials and maintaining databases.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Experience**: Previous internship or coursework related to market research or data analysis is desirable but not required.
- **Attributes**: Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- **Duration**:3 months or 6 months
- **Compensation**: it will be paid per month with the range of 12k to 18k

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 5 months

**Experience**:
