IT Security & Compliance Executive

Job description:

- In charge of security systems, firewalls, data protection controls, patching, encryption,

vulnerability scanning and protecting the organization’s computer systems, networks,

and databases from security breaches.
- To be able to implement ISO27001, EUGDPR, HIPAA as per the HQ directives.
- Responsible for designing, directing, and delivering on IT security standards, best

practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the

organization.
- To remediate IT security issues/incidents and instantly communicate with the

company’s leadership to prepare for any business repercussions.
- Work together with managers, project leaders, employees, and management team to

understand how IT security can support and protect business goals.
- To serve as a bridge between the employee which is the end user of security processes

and the technical aspects of IT security.
- To collaborate with internal operations and third-party vendors to ensure that any new

hardware or software installation on the organization’s network/server meets business

and security standards.
- To manage other IT security issues in the organization and support daily business

operations.
- Evaluate the organization to ensure compliance with standards and relevance with IT

industry security norms.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- Knowledge on cloud computing (GCP, AWS).

- Understand and familiar with regulatory requirements related to handling information

such as HIPAA, payment gateway, Data Security Standard and has in depth knowledge of

industry standards and trends.
- Proficient with the updated cyber security software, firewalls, endpoint security and

vulnerability scanning.
- Proficient to maintain documentation of ISO, security and other compliances.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
