Job Description: Office Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, facilitating communication, and providing administrative support to various departments. This position requires excellent multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and coordinate administrative activities.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.
- Assist in planning and executing company events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to optimize office processes.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
