**Job Overview**: As a CA Articleship Trainee, you will undergo practical training that is an integral part of your journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit and Assurance**:

- Assist in planning and conducting audits for clients.
- Perform substantive testing and analytical review of financial statements.
- Prepare audit reports and documentation.
- **Accounting**:

- Maintain and update accounting records for clients.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
- **Taxation**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (direct and indirect taxes).
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Advise clients on tax planning and optimization strategies.
- **Financial Advisory**:

- Support in the preparation of financial models and business plans.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies.
- Assist in due diligence and other advisory projects.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
- Prepare and submit various regulatory returns and forms.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to gather information and clarify queries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Pursuing CA qualification (passed at least CA Foundation or equivalent).
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and tax regulations.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Time Management**: Effective time management and organizational skills.
