**About the job**

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who provides training and instruction in fitness programs to individuals and groups. Engages clients in exercise routines and programs that help them reach their individual goals.

**Roles and responsibilities:

- Identify the clients’ fitness level and health.
- Conducting initial consultations and evaluations of individuals.
- Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviors.
- Developing and conducting seminars for clients and other employees.
- Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Supporting clients in their recovery or rehabilitation.
- Building a positive client engagement
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to retain customers by upselling, cross-selling, and renewing programs.

**Requirements**:

- Masters in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum of 1 + years of similar work experience
- Knowledge of rehabilitation in various conditions will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Listening skills, counseling skills, Customer empathy, Documentation, MS Office. ( Having prior Sales experience will be an added advantage)
- Willingness to work in shifts based on clients' geographical locations.
- Should have a Laptop, mobile, and stable internet connection.
