**Role & Responsibilities**
- Reviewing software requirements
- Create and execute test scenarios.
- Analyzing test results on function impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the development team.
- Interacting with different stakeholders (QA, Development, Operations, Define) understand challenges they face.
- Taking action based on the same to run the business smoothly.
- Participating in providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
- Automate test scenario / test cases replay using enablers provided by Software Engineers
- Replaying the Automation test scripts and analyzing test results to provide status on weekly basis.
- Leveraging customer usage and user feedback to improve test effectiveness
- Mobile testing
- Security, based on Security team guidance (tools, scenarios)
- Execute Non-Functional Tests:
- Performance, Capacity, & Scalability
- Security, based on Security team guidance (tools, scenarios)
- Installation, upgrade
- Degree in Engineering - B.E., B.Tech from premier institutions with good academic record of accomplishment 60% through out in all academics with NO GAPS. Basic knowledge of automation and manual testing.
- Technical Skills - Core Java, SQL and any scripting skills - shell, perl, tcl
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate your assumptions, your contribution to the process, and the proposed results; utilizing strong communication skills with passion and purpose, with fluency in English and the local language.
- Basic understanding of Software tools, PLM Software, or software cloud technology.
- Be self-motivated and eager to engage in high impact, challenging engineering problems while continuously raising the standard of quality in our products.
- Be a vital part of the engineering team, to deliver mission critical software. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with Product Management, Developers and be a hands-on tester.
- Able to setup and execute automated, functional, load/performance tests.
