Biriyani Master

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Biriyani Master to join our team at Shilton Hospitality. As a Biriyani Master, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite biriyanis that delight our customers' taste buds. Your creativity, attention to detail, and mastery of traditional biriyani recipes will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of our signature dish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook biriyanis according to traditional recipes and company standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in biriyani preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including food storage and preparation areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in biriyani preparation techniques.
- Develop new biriyani recipes and variations to keep our menu exciting and appealing.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Biriyani Master or similar role in a restaurant or culinary establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of biriyani cooking techniques, spices, and flavour profiles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
