**Position Description**:

- CGI is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architects who would get the opportunity to work in global projects with prestigious clients of CGI. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and also mentor the Salesforce team. You will guide the customer and the team to implement robust and scalable solution models by implementing cost effective and efficient tools and techniques. Key responsibilities:
- Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
- Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.
- Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.
- Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.
- Min 5+ years of experience with full Salesforce implementation (any cloud).
- Platform Development 1 & 2 (PD-1 & PD-2), Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder Certified.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge or certifications on Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform developer 1, LWCs, Integrations, etc.
- Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience in working in SCRUM Team.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
- Design components using apex code and develop using extension, custom settings, visual force pages
- Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages
- Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution
- Mentor and manage teams of younger consultants to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team
- Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs
- Delivering full lifecycle SFDC and Pardot implementation from inception to roll0out
- Maintaining and supporting Salesforce and Pardot systems
- Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions
- Responding to support request training end users
- Creating reports and dashboards
