Manage a team size of 50 Care Givers - Both Male & Female.
Follow-up with the Bedside queries forwarded from Customer Care.
Track the leads and make sure all customers are updated and close the leads.
Attend to walk-in customers with regards to Bedside Care Services
Ø Once the customer agrees to take the service, the Team lead would visit the customer
place and
do an assessment and hand over the Care Giver to the Customer.
Ø Explaining the NHHS policies, procedures, do’s and don’ts to the customers as
well as customers while deploying
Ø Filling up the Customer agreement form for the customer.
Ø Preparing the Work orders for the Care Give while signing up for new service
Ø Collecting advance payments while signing for the 1 st time and issuing bill and the
receipts for the
customers
Ø Filing the agreement forms and manage the forms as per the files (Active /
Discontinued)
Ø Entering the new customer contract with all the relevant details on the software
Ø Maintain daily attendance for the Care Givers on the XL sheet and software
Ø Fortnightly calls to the Care Giver checking on their wearabouts, services and welfare.
Addressing their grievances if any at first level related to their salary or work conditions
etc.
Ø Manage leaves/replacements of Care Givers. Arrange transport for
leaves/replacements
discontinuation of service.
Ø To see training/learning are understood and implemented to ensure quality.
Ø addressing customer concerns if any raised by ops or CRM team on priority and give
solutions for
any issues
Ø Home visits for the existing customer and meet Customer and Care Giver - Once in a
month/per
customer.
Ø Once customer discontinue, update details on the Refund tracker to the customers and
also
follow up with finance for the refund.
Ø Maintain the exit tracker for the Care Givers
Ø Process the exit forms for the Care Giver to the Manager - Bedside Care
Ø Uniform distribution to the Care Givers and also ensure they wear it from 9 am -6 pm.
Ø Coordinating with the Warden for any hostel requirements for the Care Giver
Ø Act quickly on any emergencies either for the Customers or Care Givers
Ø Follow up on the outstanding that is shared by the Finance Team (More than 30 days
bucket)
Required Qualifications : GNM or Bsc Nursing

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
