**English Faculty (Classes 6th to 12th)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The English Faculty is responsible for teaching courses in English language, literature, and composition from 6th to 12th classes.
- They are also responsible for developing course curriculum and materials, grading assignments, delivering lectures, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback to students.
- In addition, English Faculty members may be required to participate in department meetings and contribute to the academic community.
- Developing and maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement

**Responsibilities: -**
- Plan and deliver effective courses in English language, literature, and composition at the college or university level.
- Preparing and delivering lectures, conducting classroom discussions, and doubt session.
- Providing individual attention and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Develop course curriculum and instructional materials that are engaging, challenging, and meet the objectives of the course and program.
- Creating and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds
- Assign, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate student performance.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Meet with students individually to discuss their coursework and assist with academic or personal needs, when necessary.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in English, B.Ed. or another related field.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- An ability to handle learners from class 6th to 12th.
- Strong knowledge of the Subject.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Selection Process**:
