CRSP Connect is a rapidly growing Accounting Outsourcing firm based out of New York, the USA, and India. We provide services like Bookkeeping & Accounting, Payroll processing, Tax Preparation, Virtual CFO, and Offshore dedicated staffing services for small businesses, CPAs, EAs, and accounting firms in the USA & Canada. It would be B2B marketing targeting US & Canadian markets.

Job Designation

US Caller (Outbound Process)

No of Positions: 04

**Responsibilities**:
To call the US-based CPAs and Accounting firms and pitch them our services and generate sales.

Involvement in all stages of a sales life cycle from lead generation to sales closure.

Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.

Maintain relationships with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2 - 4 years prior industry-related US / Canada outbound calling experience.

Fluent in English, Both Spoken & Written communication.

Interpersonal skills to work with US & Canadian clients.

Proven knowledge and execution of successful client closure strategies.

Location.

Work from Home. (Entire-India).

Work from Office (Udaipur, Rajasthan).

Shift Time.

US Shift 7 pm to 4 am IST.

Payment

Commission / Bonus / Incentive on target achievement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
