As a Costing and MIS (Management Information Systems) Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on various aspects of the company's financial performance and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will involve collecting, processing, and interpreting financial data to provide accurate insights for decision-making purposes. You will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Analysis**:

- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Monitor cost variances and deviations from budgeted expenses.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and verifying transactions.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **MIS Development and Maintenance**:

- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Design dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Implement improvements to existing MIS processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Data Analysis and Interpretation**:

- **Compliance and Regulatory Reporting**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification
- Proven experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MIS development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and database management is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
