**Responsibilities**
- To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chairman by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Plan and organise travel and accommodation when required
- To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Min. Graduate degree (Science ) / B.Tech.
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
