- Resolve customer complaints and handle customer requests

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and customer service experience
- Basic computer skills (typing, using a CRM system)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
