Showroom Coordinator

Greet customers and provide them with assistance and information pertaining to products, services, and promotions
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Effectively communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management
- Assist customers with product selection and ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor.
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new merchandise as needed
- Coordinate with sales representatives regarding product availability and delivery schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
