**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**IT **Infrastructure and Security**:

- Responsible for overseeing technology landscape including MS Active Directory, VoIP solutions, VPN, LAN/WAN services, Data Center, Virtual Server and System consolidations Suze and SAN technology implementations and changes.
- Enable continuous improvement in IT operations and system performance.
- Support and consult in identification & Implementation of infrastructure that would enable competitive advantage for the business.
- Long
- and medium-term systems architecture strategic planning and implementation to meet all business expansion needs as well as Digital initiatives.
- Planning and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise IT change control policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the right controls and governance processes are in place to mitigate cybersecurity risk.
- Defining a IT Security Roadmap and deployment of right tools to ensure the same
- Microsoft O365 Stack licensing and compliance.
- Creating a right team (On roll and Off roll ) to provide necessary business support and a stable Infrastructure and Security support services

**Digitization**:

- Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities; serve as the executive sponsor for digital process innovation.
- Initiate programs to deliver Digital projects to improve customer or stakeholder experience, improves revenue and helps in reducing costs.
- Drive digital transformation & focus on the latest technological innovations while also improving customer engagement.
- Lead change management initiatives for the programs like CRM, DMS etc.
- Provide necessary support for Next Orbit Projects.

**SAP Landscape Management and **Support**
- Develop a roadmap for SAP based on IT strategy that is derived from new business plans.
- Implementation of new SAP based business processes, enhancements as per business growth and needs.
- Manage SAP Licensing and technical landscape.
- Creating a right team (On roll and Off roll) to provide necessary business support and a stable SAP support service.

**Team / Service Management**
- Undertaking Performance Reviews for direct reports.
- Stakeholder management (internal and external) globally.
- Look after and design the various operational policies, process, and training opportunities in line with company standards to ensure continuous improvement of performance of team members and other employees.
- Maintaining KA’s and their monitoring through MRM’s etc.
- IT Budgeting and commercial management.

**Key Skills and competencies**
- Ability to leverage IT for Business, Manufacturing & enabling functions
- Must have the ability to evolve policies on usage and Data Management as well as Hardware Infrastructure
- Strong understanding on networking infrastructure and its cost effectiveness
- In Depth knowledge of technology platforms viz. SAP HANA

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor of Engineering (Computers) - preferably
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 & must have worked on Digitalization projects at a Project Leader level
- Minimum 15-18 years’ experience with proven background on successful implementation of digitalization in process production area of which significant tenure within the manufacturing sector
- Hands-on experience in deployment of innovative business models through adoption of digital tools
- Strong understanding of upcoming / new technologies being used in business transformation
- Understanding of legacy IT systems and solutions to common challenges when integrating digital tools/platforms
- Process knowledge and technical background is crucial for the role
