1. Responsible for maintaining the store in order to ensure hospital staff have access to necessary supplies.

2. To take quotation from vendors and negotiate for best possible rates and finalize rate with proper coordination with CEO and Director.

3. To prepare Purchase Order after aligning with approved quotation and get it approved with CEO and Director.

4. Maintain & prevent stock, supplies and inventories.

5. Take inventory

6. Order groceries and supplies

7. Check received stock against invoices

8. Restock shelves

9. Maintain register

10. Record prices in the log book

11. provide correct change

12. record receipts

13. Perform other related duties as required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
