As an in-house photographer and editor, you will play a pivotal role in capturing high-quality imagery and creating captivating visual content that showcases our brand's identity and products.

**Position Overview**:
As our in-house photographer and editor, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing a wide range of photography projects, including fashion photography, product photography, and creating engaging reels for social media platforms. You will leverage your creative vision, technical expertise, and editing skills to produce compelling visuals that elevate our brand and drive engagement with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute photo shoots, including setting up lighting, selecting props, and styling sets to achieve desired aesthetics.
- Capture high-quality images that meet our brand standards and align with our creative vision, ensuring proper composition, exposure, and focus.
- Create engaging reels and short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, incorporating dynamic transitions, music, and text overlays.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including stylists, art directors, and marketing specialists, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in photography and videography to continually innovate and improve our visual content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in fashion photography, product photography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting techniques, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience creating engaging reels and short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for creativity and storytelling, with a desire to push the boundaries of visual content and deliver exceptional results.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
