**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop engaging and up-to-date curriculum content for graphic design courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Conduct effective classroom instruction, workshops, and demonstrations to impart knowledge and skills in graphic design software, techniques, and best practices.
- **Project Supervision**: Oversee student projects, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support to facilitate skill development and creative expression.
- **Individualized Support**: Offer personalized assistance and mentorship to students, addressing their unique learning needs and fostering their growth as graphic designers.
- **Resource Management**: Manage instructional materials, software licenses, and other resources necessary for effective teaching and learning in the graphic design program.
- **Professional Development**: Stay abreast of advancements in graphic design software, techniques, and industry standards through continuous learning and professional development activities.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other faculty members, industry professionals, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the quality and relevance of the graphic design program.
- **Student Assessment**: Develop and implement fair and transparent methods for assessing student learning outcomes, providing timely feedback and evaluation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator.
- Previous teaching or training experience in graphic design or a related field is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
