Job Title: Manager - IT Sales

Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their IT needs, and effectively conveying how our solutions can address those needs. - Hunt for new business acquisition in India and International for the offerings of web and software services, handling the complete sales lifecycle. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including target identification, market segmentation, and pricing strategies, to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each client, showcasing the value and benefits of our IT products and services. - Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge in the IT sales landscape. - Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth targets. - Manage and mentor a sales team, setting performance goals, and ensuring they meet or exceed targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. - Streamline and improve the sales process, from lead generation to closure, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against these targets. - Should have good contacts with prospective clients and have a strong networking in IT Service / Product Industry Create and analyse sales reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to senior management. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions to customers. Key Skillset we would expect you to have: - 5+ Hands on experience in Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner to clients. - Proficient with corporate marketing and presentation techniques. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Understanding of IT products like SharePoint, Office 365 and Microsoft technology stacks, Open-Source technology stacks to address client needs. - Strategic thinking and planning for successful sales execution. - Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets and objectives. - Skill in negotiating complex contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring a win-win situation for both the company and the client. - The ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify opportunities and threats. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Flexibility to adapt to changes in the IT industry and the ability to quickly pivot and adjust strategies in response to evolving market dynamics. Optional Skillset you would make us awe with: - A deeper understanding of IT products and services, allowing for more technical discussions with clients. - Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. - The ability to provide consultative guidance to clients, tailoring solutions to their specific challenges and goals. - Utilizing data-driven insights to make informed sales decisions and identify areas for improvement. - Relevant certifications in IT or sales, such as IT sales training or industry-specific certifications, to demonstrate expertise. - Understanding cloud technologies, including SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), can be highly beneficial for selling IT solutions in today's cloud-centric environment. - Project management skills can be valuable for handling complex IT sales projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing/MBA (Sales and Marketing), or a related discipline. - Master Degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related disciplines. - IT Sales Managers are expected to have 5 to 8 Years of relevant IT Sales experience, typically ranging from 5 to 8 Years
