**Job Summary**:
The Production In charge for Tetra Pack is responsible for overseeing the production operations of Tetra Pack packaging materials, ensuring efficient processes, quality control, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. This role involves managing production staff, scheduling production activities, and optimizing processes to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including machine operators and technicians.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure the quality and consistency of Tetra Pack materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and hygiene practices within the production area.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies to avoid disruptions in production.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address any quality issues or deviations from standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Train new production employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.

**Salary**: ₹55,049.19 - ₹70,924.39 per month
