**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks, typing documents, letters, and reports in both Hindi and English.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other office documents.
- Support the administrative team in daily tasks as needed.
- Perform basic office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain confidentiality of office documents and information.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficient in typing in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Previous clerical or office experience is preferred, but not required.
**Experience**:
- Previous clerical work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Location: Pal College of Technology & Management, RTO Road, Kusumkhera, Haldwani
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
