PGT (Post Graduate Teacher):
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Provide instruction according to curriculum standards.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and exams.
- Offer guidance and support to students for academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher):
- Create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student learning through tests, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
PRT (Primary Teacher):
- Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student performance and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate curriculum and activities.
Note: Also, we are looking for good Mother Teachers.
