Depot In-charge

**Requirements**
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management.
- Manage day to day operations of warehouses and take accountability of delivering the daily performance reports & documents
- Play a key managerial role of supporting the depot manager with excellence in execution
- Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (Stock report, DAR report etc)
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, loading & unloading, outside labor arrangement efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints good coordination with parent company persons
- Supervise, Monitor and train the team
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets in month wise
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements & submit to the management in monthly weekly reviews
- Continuously look for improvements to operations
- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations

Experience:

- 5 years of proven working experience as a warehouse In-charge/ Operation/ Retail/ Hub/ Depot
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases (MS Office & G suite)
- Leadership skills and ability with team management
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
