Banquet supervisor required;
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day workload with high standard of performance
- Oversee and manage staff of all internal departments and dress codr
- Oversee all F&B including banquets and room service
- Controlling food costs, stock inventory and menu planning with kitchen accordingly including staff food and quantities
- Purchasing of rations including dry stocks, vegetables and meeting and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Taking bookings, dealing with queries, supervising set up and running functions
- Manging vendors like decorators, caterers etc
- Daily job assignments task and targets to be assigned to staff with upselling menu and also checks to ensure work is being done to satisfactory standards
- **Sales activities as required**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hotel management: 2 years (required)
