Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC Project Coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians and contractors to ensure project goal are met.
- Oversee project documentation including plans, schedules and reports.
- Monitor and manage project resources to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with industry standards.
- Analyse project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Coordinator
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and installation process
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Office
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
