Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the client organization. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies. Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall sales performance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Service Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of IT services. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients. Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet revenue objectives.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Proven experience in IT sales with a successful track record. Strong understanding of IT services. with excellent English written and oratory skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Bachelor’s degree in MBA/BBA
