Psychologist

Swavlamban Foundation is a renowned organization operating a special school in Pali, Rajasthan. We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated Psychologist to join our team. As an Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to students with special needs and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Psychologist at Swavlamban Foundation, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to understand the unique needs and strengths of each student.
- Designing and implementing personalized therapeutic interventions to support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of students with special needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to create individualized education plans that foster growth and progress.
- Providing counseling and guidance to students, helping them build resilience and confidence.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions for staff and parents to enhance their understanding of various psychological aspects and techniques for support.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of students, ensuring timely adjustments to therapeutic approaches for optimum results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field, with specialization in Child Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs, ideally in an educational or therapeutic setting.
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to adapt and customize interventions based on individual requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
