**Job Description: Draftsman (3D Modeling and AutoCAD)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings/models based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project objectives and design criteria.
- Create accurate technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD software.
- Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks) to generate 3D models of structures, components, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations in all technical drawings and models.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to address feedback, changes, or modifications during the design process.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely delivery of drawings and models according to project schedules.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for all drawings and project-related materials.
- Stay updated on advancements in drafting technology and software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing presentations, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in architectural, engineering, or construction industries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles, including scale, dimensioning, and annotation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and models.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues creatively.
- Prior experience in construction documentation and project coordination is a plus.
